*Side note: yesterday and today was mostly about taking fast action against your fears, and I’m totally all for this. But I have struggled with this a lot, so I have some other thoughts and tactics for you soon. If you’re feeling like, ahh but I’m just not ready! Don’t worry, it’s coming :).
