The thing that makes you squirm and squeal. The thing that makes you want to run around the house and find something else to distract from it. The thing that makes your body literally wiggle around.
*I’ll give you a tip: it feels like fear. It feels like resistance. It feels like yucky and overwhelming sometimes. But pay attention - because often that’s your soul signaling your body to listen up!
If you have no idea what that is yet, start opening your eyes. Try new things. Talk to new people. Listen to new podcasts. Get a therapist. (Or a coach! Ehem…call me).
It’s all around you, if you let yourself see what’s present.
