Cold showers have recently changed my relationship with myself, my mornings, and honestly, my body.
Since then, being in the midst of challenges has been simpler, clearer, calmer. And even when it’s not, I enjoy the process of getting worked up, even if it’s seemingly upset or fear.

I’ll just add that - I’ve now been doing this for a month and I DO now wake up, excited for my cold shower. Not because I literally like the icy cold on my skin, but because I’ve trained that exhilarating feeling of a cold shower to be a good thing in my brain.
Overcoming difficult challenges is cool because it preps you for everything - but also, you start to ACTUALLY ENJOY it.
